You've seen this piece of furniture before, I'm sure of it!
It's called 'Roly Poly' and was designed by Faye Toogood for the Italian label Driade.
By the way, 'Roly Poly' means 'chubby' and even if I would never say that to a person: It applies to this piece of seating furniture.
The Roly Poly collection, consisting of an armchair and a sofa, embodies the concepts of furniture and sculpture and thus perfectly represents the 'Driade' philosophy. Characteristic of this monobloc furniture is the rounded and inviting shell shape of the seat with cylindrical legs and delicate linear forms that give it a reassuring and solid appearance.
The low seat made of rotationally molded polyethylene can be optionally fitted with soft upholstered cushions that hug the curved shape and provide a comfortable seating experience.
The armchair is available in a variety of colors to suit any home. Both indoors and outdoors!
