Designed like the Eiffel Tower in 1889, the bistro chair has achieved cult status and, in addition to spreading throughout its 'patrie' (hometown), has made it all the way to Times Square in New York. By the way, the great chairs are not only in one of my favorite destinations in Lyon, the 'Buvettte du Pont Wilson', which I can not only absolute lemonade fans and white wine connoisseurs recommend (15 Quai Victor Augagneur, 69003 Lyon, France ). The most beautiful of all bistro chairs of the French traditional manufacturer from Belleville have long since conquered my heart and my little garden, with their French charm and relaxed chic. Of course, I particularly like the classic red of the bistro furniture, but I also find them quite beautiful in the natural wood version or in a contemporary play of colors of the new green and blue tones with the sounding names like anise and verveine. I don't need to tell you explicitly that the folding chairs are also wonderfully practical - they are ideal for small spaces on a modest city balcony. And also for larger 'rounds', bien sûr!
