Tubular pendant light from Ingo Maurer

"Tubular" by Sebastian Hepting for Ingo Maurer is a multifunctional glass lamp. Lighting designer Sebastian Hepting uses an unprocessed tube made of borosilicate glass. The glass tube can be rotated through 360° and can be used as a downlight, uplight or wallwasher. With red diffuser and red cable or with white diffuser and blue cable. Other cables can be connected by electricians. Open, fire-polished ends emphasize the purist design and its handcrafted character.

While the suspension of the tube consists almost invisibly of a thin wire, the other end is gently embedded in a textile loop. Inside, a filigree lamella construction reflects the light in all directions. The light source is invisibly concealed behind the luminous structure.
