The Moser model was designed by Swedish potter Anu Moser in 2002. She was inspired to create the different shapes of the lamp when she observed the change in the liquid mass during glass blowing. The luminaire is designed for energy-saving lamps, with the light source completely shielded by the tropical shape. The lamp suspension was patented.
