The luminaire emits a soft, diffuse, downward-directed and glare-free light. When switched on, the light intensity increases up to a set brightness level and decreases again when switched off. The luminaire also has a timer function that can be used to switch the light off automatically after four or eight hours. For its relatively small size, the luminaire provides wide-area light distribution. The white lacquered inside of the shade ensures pleasant light distribution. The lighting can be individually adjusted using the infinitely variable dimmer - from 15 to 100%. The luminaire arm has a fixed angle of 15° and can be rotated by 342° around the base. The luminaire head, on the other hand, can be tilted and rotated to direct the light emission.
