Como lounge chair from Emu

Como is a complete collection of seating furniture and tables consisting of a chair, armchair for the dining area, armchair with high backrest, armchair, sofa, round table and low table. The frame is made of 2 mm-thick tubular steel (diameter 22 mm) so that the furniture can also be used outdoors without any problems. The backrest is made of decorative steel strands that are welded using the projection technique, resulting in a cleaner fusion of the strands and therefore a better aesthetic result with a lower risk of rusting. The stretched, hot-dip galvanized seat surface also makes the seating particularly robust for outdoor use; the connection to the frame is made using the aforementioned projection technique. Like all other EMU products made of steel, the elements of the Como collection are first subjected to a cathodic dip-paint coating and then to a thermosetting powder coating: the result is an even, reliably adherent and resistant finish. Nylon caps protect the chair feet and allow easy rearrangement.
