Chair CH24 Wishbone Chair in oiled teak

Pay 3 get 4

The 'Wishbone Chair' is one of the most iconic and most celebrated designs of the Dane Hans J. Wegner. Quite rightly so, in my opinion. A light looking, beautiful and above all comfortable chair with the characteristic Ypsilon in the backrest.

With its simple design and clean lines, the chair is a prime example of the highest craftsmanship. The understated appearance belies the fact that 100 individual steps are required to produce the chair. The hand-woven seat alone is made of 120 meters of paper cord, while the frame and backrest are made of oiled teak.

Choose for yourself which finish suits you best. My four 'Wishbone Chairs' are lined up around my linoleum table and look gorgeous doing it.

Add a cushion to your 'Wishbones' for even more comfort and elegance.
