An eye-catcher in any room and, of course, a design classic par excellence - the 'Eames Plastic Side Chair'.
Designed by Charles and Ray Eames, the furniture series with the highly acclaimed seat shell is a true icon.
Just two years after the chair was first presented at the 'Low Cost Furniture' competition at the Museum of Modern Art in New York in 1948, it went into mass production. Since then, the chairs have delighted people all over the world. Including Mooris, of course.
For the 'Dining Height Side Chair Wood Base' (DSW), Charles and Ray Eames combined the organic seat shell with a four-legged wooden base. The combination of plastic and wood gives the classic a certain warmth, a particularly homely touch.
Have fun combining and choosing your new favorite!
