Designed in 1952 by Nanna and Jørgen Ditzel, the ND52 Vita Sofa is characterized by an organic design language that rebelled against the strict geometry of 1950s functionalism. An elegant solid-wood frame supports a sculptural, open shell with a high backrest that almost seems to float.
