A shelf is a shelf, is a shelf? Nothing there, the wall shelf 'Atelier' clearly belongs to the A-class in the shelf business.
The idea behind it is simple and good: folded angles made of sheet steel combined with shelves create a versatile and simple piece of furniture. The ingenious thing: the mounting screws are covered by the shelves - a detail that surprises in construction and underlines the two-dimensionality of Marco Dessí's design.
The shelf is available today in two versions: Here you get it with one or two poles. Hang either a wooden ladle, kitchen scissors or a roasting scoop and place the beautiful cookbook on the shelf. Or you can use it as a wardrobe and hang your jacket, umbrella and scarf on it - as an extra there's even a small mirror to hang on it, with which you've put together your compact, space-saving wardrobe.
If you only order one bar, you can choose whether you insert it in the front or in the back.
Now all you have to do is decide whether you want the furniture with brackets made of sheet steel in white or black. The backs are always made of solid spruce/fir, painted with some white.
