Always give me the beautiful butterflies!
As loyal Moorisians you already know that I have a heart for the robust Butterfly Chair. Now it's also available with a special vintage leather.
The Butterfly Chair, also called Hardoy or Bat Chair, was designed in 1939 by the architects Ferrari-Hardoy, Kurchan and Bonet. With its structure of four intertwined oversized hairpins, it is still a much sought-after armchair today, whose design invites you to sit in a versatile, relaxed manner.
I really like the robust leather in combination with the fine metal frame. And that my head is also well supported when I really shuffle around in the armchair, I find that quite pleasant.
Also fits wonderfully to my small side table and the bright sofa. Especially on old parquet flooring wonderful.
