A cult piece of furniture that has taught my home the joy of order and the beauty of simplicity is the String shelf. A minor celebrity in its Nordic homeland, it's as commonplace in our home as the Rex peeler.
And while we've landed in the kitchen, we might as well talk about the multi-talented nature of the furniture system, which can be easily integrated anywhere regardless of space, situation or living needs.
For you, I've put together the classic bookshelf here, which consists of the ladder-like side braces and individual shelves. Works great as a single element in the aforementioned kitchen for those beautiful storage jars, or right away as a trio for the home library in the living room or study.
