The freestanding book column for your large illustrated books and art magazines, named 'Ptolomeo Art', was designed by successful designer Bruno Rainaldi for 'Opinion Ciatti'. He even received an important design award, the 'ADI Compasso D'oro' for his fine creation, which also adorns my studio in a smaller version.
I particularly like the fact that the discreetly designed shelf seems to disappear behind the sorted books, and thus my book collection with its beautiful backs, which enchant, moves into the centre of attention.
It almost seems as if 'Ptolomeo' is a simple pile of books. He stands chic and unobtrusive in space and changes his appearance depending on the reading material and arrangement.
I can sort my works by colour or by title, as I like it best at the moment, because the 'Book Tower' offers enough space for enough books.
The little brother of 'Ptolomeo Art' stands with me in the Mooris Studio. Why don't you come by and take a close look at him? Appointment under [email protected] or 043 311 02 02.
