Pendant lamp Patera

Ølivind Slaatto is fascinated by nature and also finds his inspiration there.

He especially loves the Fibonacci sequence and other basic mathematical principles as found in the sunflower, cauliflower, shells or snails. The Fibonacci sequence was also his inspiration for 'Patera'.

' My ultimate goal was to create a three-dimensional Sudoku. It was an extremely mathematical task. In fact, it's the most complex light fixture I've ever made... I think it has a certain poetry to it. My goal was to make a modern crystal chandelier.'

You can find the remarkable pendant light that came out of that in my shop today in two sizes.

Perfect for the living room or for over the dining table.
