Empatia LED ceiling light from Artemide

Empatia combines hand-blown glass craftsmanship with innovative LED technology from Artemide. When developing the product family, Artemide worked together with masters of Venetian glass art to create an innovative balance between surface and light based on the expressive potential and plasticity of the material. The result is light objects with a clear, pure design language.

The core of the luminaire is a high-power LED that is thermally decoupled from the glass body in favor of the light output. The light is guided through a transparent polycarbonate rod with extremely low absorption coefficients to the glass diffuser with maximum efficiency.
