We ship free of charge within Germany. Additional services such as assembly etc. can be booked for a fee.

Depending on the size and weight of your order, we will ship your desired item by mail or with our partner shipping company. On the product page you can see how your desired product will be delivered.

Parcel shipping

The shipping is done free of charge via the postal service.

 

Furniture supplier:
Our furniture supplier will contact you by e-mail or telephone to arrange a delivery date. Please check beforehand that the purchased product fits the place of use, that access to the room or location is guaranteed and that assembly can be carried out.  If you have any uncertainties or questions, please contact our support [email protected] / +49 30 22011808.

Delivery 'front of the building'

Your order will be delivered free of charge to the front of the building.

Your order will be delivered free of charge to the final place of use.

Delivery and assembly

Your order will be delivered free of charge to your home and assembled there.

 

Upon delivery of your new furniture, we will gladly take back your old furniture for a fee and dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner. This service must be notified in advance to our support: Tell us what kind of furniture you want us to dispose of, give us the dimensions and whether disassembly is necessary ([email protected] / +49 30 22011808). After your message we will inform you about the costs and the procedure. 

Delivery time

Delivery time

You can see the delivery time for each individual item on the respective product page. If several items with different delivery times are ordered, they will be combined into one delivery if the delivery times are similar. If the delivery times differ too much, available items will be sent to you in advance at our expense.

In some cases delays may occur. After 30 days delay you can withdraw from the sale.

Transport damage and complaints

Transport damages and complaints

Your order will be carefully packed in our company and checked for shipment. However, damage that may occur during transport cannot be ruled out. Therefore, we ask you to check the goods immediately upon receipt of your delivery for completeness and any transport damage.

 

What to do in case of transport damages?

If, despite all care, transport damage has occurred, sign the delivery note with the remark "subject to reservation". Please document the damage with the help of photos of the damaged goods and the packaging. Report the damage to us within 24 hours in writing or by telephone at [email protected] / +49 30 22011808.

Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The return shipping costs are at your expense. Contact our support to apply your right of withdrawal: [email protected] / +49 30 22011808.

Please note that some items are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Reasons for this are hygiene (swimwear, underwear) or custom-made. You can find this information on the product page under the items "Hygiene" or "Customized".

Payment

Payment

You can pay on Mooris.de via PayPal, credit card or Klarna.

Credit card

Mooris.com accepts Visa and MasterCard. If you select one of these providers on the payment page, we will redirect you to the payment page of our payment service provider Datatrans. Your data will be entered via a secure website with secure SSL encryption. On the payment page, please enter your card number, expiration date and check digits (CVV). You can find the check digits on the back of your credit card.

After entering your credit card details, you will be asked for your 3D Secure password. Please make sure that your credit card is already registered for 3D Secure. After entering your 3D Secure password, the payment process is completed and you will receive the order confirmation from Mooris by e-mail.

PayPal

If you complete your order on Mooris.de with PayPal, we will redirect you to the payment page of PayPal. You need an account with PayPal. Log in with your personal PayPal access data and trigger the payment via your account.
