Stool 'Péclard'

The Swiss graphic designer and sculptor Michel Péclard created his only work in the field of furniture design with his eponymous stool.

The close friend of Jean Tinguely and Niki de Saint Phalle creates a legendary piece with this minimalist design. The three identical parts made of moulded plywood with cover veneer on both sides result in a stool with a typical appearance and yet it is completely independent. A design that is still relevant today.

Sitting on the very light Péclard stool is particularly relaxed, which is achieved by the slight curvature.
