Frying pan Toscana copper

Today, only the best of the best for you and your kitchen: copper pans! After silver, copper is the best heat conductor. With a copper pan you can cook so very precisely. You can set the temperature precisely and keep the contents of the pan at this temperature for a long time.

The copper pans of 'Mepra' are made in Italy and consist of 3 layers: an outer wall of copper, a partition of aluminum and an inner layer of stainless steel.

The copper allows for optimal heat conduction, while the aluminum forms the link between the thermal conductivity of the copper and the strong stainless steel inside. This combination of materials offers the advantages of copper and the benefits of stainless steel.

A little tip on caring for your new pots and pans: copper pans will retain their beautiful, shiny appearance if they are cleaned without chemicals. If the pan is dirty, you can clean it with natural acids like buttermilk or lemon juice and a little salt. Mix these in a bowl and rub your pan with the mixture. Wait for fifteen minutes and then rinse it with hot water.

The look is a special feature of these copper pans. Copper is not only stylish, but it also adds that special touch to your kitchen, whether you're an amateur or a professional.
