The Oven Dish is actually more than a casserole dish: it's three casserole dishes in one. It consists of two parts: a shallow dish and a deep dish, which together serve as a casserole dish with a lid.

The vessel is made entirely of enamelled cast iron with a robust, matt appearance. This material holds heat particularly well and is naturally non-stick. It is suitable for a variety of recipes, but especially for slow cooking.
