Lounge Chair 'Citizen' with high backrest -10 %

The Citizen armchair by Konstantin Grcic combines an unconventional design with a new seating experience:

The seat is suspended from three cables and allows a pleasant swinging movement, while the backrest is firmly connected to the steel frame. This uniquely dynamic seating sensation is enhanced by the sink-in effect of the frame, which is constructed as a cantilever and pivots on the base.

It all sounds pretty wacky, I don't mind admitting. What I find particularly great, however, is that despite all its technical refinements, the lounge chair is visually appealing and looks like a real statement piece. And the fact that it's available in so many beautiful colours is the icing on the cake!
