Takushi' is the name of this wonderful table from the traditional Swiss manufacturer Röthlisberger. In ancient Japan, 'Takushi' simply meant 'table'.
The extension of the term was created by the designer Gavin Harris, who refined his design with a sophisticated detail. The table top almost seems to float. This impression is created above all by the legs, which are not attached at the corners but are slightly angled and curved to reach under the table.
Whether for the dining or living area or even for meetings in the study.
Personally, I like that the table legs taper downward. This almost Scandinavian touch adds to the lightness of the table.
In the standard version, the table legs are made of moulded plywood, this resembles a half tube and allows a brief glimpse of the construction at certain angles. The solid wood table legs give the table an additional elegant touch.
There are two additional things you can decide on: the type of wood - oak or black walnut - and the format.
