This 'Aluminium Chair' is the uncompromising lounger of the series.

It was also designed by Charles and Ray Eames in 1958 and has become one of the most important furniture classics.

Its iconic shape is the result of an ingenious construction principle, whereby a sheet of fabric is stretched between the two elegant side rails, absorbing the body with a slight springiness.
