Läck Friday 🖤
The pithy table by Danish design specialists Normann Copenhagen is my latest trouvaille.
The tabletop consists of three 'planks' held together by wooden connectors. These are cleverly placed within the table top so that the joints are not visible from most angles.
The oak wood brings a bit of nature into my four walls: The texture and annual rings of the wood are still clearly visible. However, the 'soaped' finish also makes the wood look very classy. This combination gives the table even more character and a strong appearance, which, however, does not push itself into the foreground.
The resistance and hardness of the oak wood predestine the table for a popular dining table or for a work table in the studio.
Simple, natural - and without an expiry date: my new favourite table!
