With a simple and beautiful form language, designer Simon Legald creates a modern design that has a touch of nostalgia. As the name 'Herit' already reveals, this great chair from the Danish house Normann Copenhagen shows quite a lot of design heritage, looking forward.
A very exciting mix of materials is particularly eye-catching. While the frame of the chair from Normann Cop enhagen is made of oak wood and thus sets natural-classic accents through the grain, the seat and backrest are made of plastic. And thus give the chair a modern touch.
In designing the shape, emphasis was placed on a no-frills design on the one hand and ergonomic adjustment on the other. All surfaces that come into contact with the body are curved to ensure pleasant comfort and support the correct sitting position. The skilful mix of elegant and natural expression, coupled with an extremely high-quality finish, make the chair a versatile seating option in a class of its own. Whether in the office or at the dining table - it cuts a fine figure everywhere.
In this version with the inviting armrests, I particularly like it when placed individually, because it skillfully sets the scene in the hallway or bedroom and at the same time brings a piece of Danish design history into your home.
