Haefeli chair

Simple, shapely and timeless. The Haefeli wooden chair from 'Horgenglarus' has real cult status.

Designed by Swiss architect Max Ernst Haefeli back in 1926, this chair is one of the first architect's chairs to be produced under the name of 'Horgenglarus'.

Unlike other designers, Haefeli did not seek a break with tradition, but created furniture that exuded familiarity. Since the year of its birth, this chair has been produced virtually unchanged, just as it was in 1926. The unobtrusive elegance and sparse graphics have preserved the cosiness over the decades, of which we at the Mooris Office can sing a song every day, because this chair is always ready to sit at our beloved long table.

It is perfect for the dining table, but also as a stand-alone piece in the bedroom or at the studio table.

The 'Haefeli' is made of beech wood and is available in four different colours.
