Zen Feeling: 2er Sofa Konami

A fresh and novel design language is brought by the Konami sofa, which I discovered brand new at 'Erik Jørgensen'. Designed by Damian Williamson, the designer's aim was to create a calm sofa with an unspoken sense of luxury. Simple, sculptural and appealing from every angle. The result is a beautifully balanced design that is pure, poetic and intuitively inviting.

Taking inspiration from the Japanese words 'ko' and 'nami' meaning 'small wave', careful attention has been paid to creating a streamlined sofa with a sense of continuity. With gentle curves for the inner armrests, discreet stitching and firm cushions cut to fit snugly with a seamless flow of fabric. All of this has been crafted by the master upholsterers at the 'Fredericia' workshop in Svendborg.

Available in a range of widths, the selection of fabrics adorns the wooden frame, which is supported by a steel base and slender legs in brushed stainless steel or black powder-coated steel. The absence of loose cushions creates a clean and uncluttered look, while the cold foam ensures comfortable sitting, talking or reclining for hours.

The elegant informality will also look great in your living room, providing a place of rest and relaxation.
