Normann Copenhagen regularly provides us with lots of Danish style and great products that beautify our homes. And which are also really practical and highly functional!
The 'Cellu' lamp collection by Danish designer Simon Legald is a modern version of the classic lampshade made of folded paper. Legald interpreted it using high-quality PVC and let it rest on a robust aluminum stem and base, both of which have a very robust expression. A fusion of new and old, reflected in a design that references both classic craftsmanship and new, modern design principles. I particularly like the contrast, for example with the old parquet flooring in my home or the stark contrast with the exposed concrete wall.
The leg and base of the light are available in complementary color combinations and give the design a playful feel.
