Let's play in the staircase area or on the sideboard - with the 'Formakami JH18' from the well-known label &Tradition.
East meets West in this playful reinterpretation of a traditional Asian lantern in contemporary form by Jaime Hayon. For centuries, paper lanterns in Asia have been found among both the privileged and the poor, with different colors, shapes and sizes carrying different meanings.
Here, the designer has dispensed with cultural formalities to create a series of lamps all in white with black-stained oak accents. Handmade, the beautiful table lamp is made of rice paper, which combines different sizes and shapes.
