Willy dilly pendant light from Ingo Maurer

"Willydilly" by Ingo Maurer is a curved pendant lamp made of high-quality, translucent cardboard. The white shade encloses the light source and is attached to the cable with a transparent Japanese clothespin. The cone-shaped rosette is white throughout, as is the cable. The owners of "Willydilly" are free to create their own "shade curve". Depending on whether the shade is turned tighter or wider, the luminaire takes on an individual shape thanks to this design freedom. The result is a wonderful interplay of light and shadow that changes depending on the orientation. If the shade is turned tighter, the direct lighting is reduced to a more discreet light; if the shade is turned wider and therefore more open, the light spreads further into the room and provides brightness. The suspension length of Willydilly can be easily adjusted using the cable on the rosette.
