Eames Fiberglass Side Chair DSR

For a long time they were lost and only available on the limited second-hand market. And although the beautiful vintage models have their charm, I am happy as a honey-cake horse that they are now finally available again in mint condition: the famous 'Side Chairs' by Charles & Ray Eames in fiberglass.

The chairs with the uniquely beautiful, solid-colored, fiberglass-reinforced polyester shell are an eye-catcher in the room and of course a great design classic in furniture history.

The so-called Eiffel Tower base is a filigree structure made of steel wire and combines constructive stability with formal lightness.

Especially the great nuances of the fiberglass series have already inspired me in the design books. Now I finally get to choose my favorite: Sea Foam Green.
