The Knitting chair by 'Ib Kofod-Larsen' - first launched in 1951 in a limited edition, - returns to the world of modern Danish design by 'Audo' under the concept Modernism Reimagined quasi with trombones.
The playful character of 'Knitting' underlines its thoughtful design. Named after the elbow cut-outs that allow for maximum comfort while knitting (or reading), the chair is clearly the work of a master designer.
The traditional design has been reinterpreted with a frame in natural oak, dark stained oak and walnut. The distinctive piece is meticulously handcrafted in Sweden by skilled artisans who combine traditional craftsmanship with modern technology to create a memorable and timeless design of the highest quality.
